Description Of Service

The app provides AI-assisted meal planning. It may use user-provided preferences and supermarket/newsletter promotion data where available. Generated plans are suggestions, not guarantees.

No Account Requirement

The first version does not require user account creation. Some functionality may rely on local storage and/or anonymous or pseudonymous app/session identifiers.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the app, attack backend services, attempt scraping or abuse, bypass intended limits, or submit unlawful content.

AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

The app generates meal plans automatically using AI, based on the preferences you enter. Plans are suggestions and may contain errors. AI output may not perfectly reflect all preferences, prices, dietary needs, or store availability. You should review every generated plan before relying on it. Health/Nutrition Disclaimer

The app does not provide medical advice and does not replace a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified professional. Users with medical conditions, allergies, intolerances, eating disorders, pregnancy, or special dietary needs should consult a qualified professional before relying on any generated plan.

You are responsible for the data you enter and for checking the results. In particular, you must verify ingredients, labels, nutrition, portions, and food safety yourself, and you must not rely on the app to handle allergies, intolerances, or other safety-critical dietary requirements. The app may not reflect such requirements correctly.

Supermarket/Newsletter Offer Disclaimer

Prices and promotions may change. Availability is not guaranteed. Store data may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly parsed. Verify prices and product details in store or through the official retailer source.

Paid Services/Subscriptions

Paid features are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play purchases/subscriptions without requiring an app account. The app may receive or store entitlement/subscription status needed to unlock features, while payment account details are handled by the app-store provider.

Premium unlocks longer meal plans, more meals per day, the advanced optimization graph, and an ad-free app experience. The free version may limit plan length, meals per day, monthly plan-days, and optimization graph detail, and may show ads.

Paid features are provided subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase flow, refund rules, and consumer rights that apply by law. Mandatory consumer protections are not limited by these terms.
